Where your tracking lives

  1. Open the order confirmation email from Film Source USA.
  2. Hit View your order — that page updates live as the roll moves.
  3. Once the carrier scans it, the same page shows the tracking number.

How fulfillment runs

  1. Order placed

    Paid and queued at the Wyandotte counter.

  2. Cut and boxed

    Cut off the master roll, rolled on a core and boxed with the ends protected.

  3. Shipped

    Picked up by the carrier on the 3:00 PM run, tracking number on your order page.

  4. Delivered

    Store the roll standing up, out of the sun.
